Details: Duties/Responsibilities: Coordinate the day-to-day functions of the global corporate accounting department. Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting (both internal and external). Responsible for maintaining adequate internal controls to insure the integrity of the accounting records and resulting financial statements. Responsible for the timelines and accuracy of the worldwide month end close and financial statements. Manage accounting policies and procedures to ensure high quality and efficient accounting and reporting across all countries. Responsible for timeliness and accuracy of the external year-end financial audit. Monitor progress of foreign statutory audits and review statutory audit reports for inconsistencies.
Requirements:CPA with at least 15 years of diversified accounting experience with at least 5 of those years in a controllership role.Thorough understanding of US GAAP and complex accounting issuesExternal Reporting experience ( SEC 10K, 10Q etc… )Previous international consolidation and reporting experienceDemonstrated strong leadership skillsSuperior communications, both verbal and writtenStrong systems understanding; Oracle and Hyperion experience is a plusAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelPersonal attributes should include a high level of motivation, ability to multi-task, ability to take initiative in problem solving, and thrive in a deadline-oriented environment. | | Experience: 15 | Skills Required: SALARY:
