Details: U.S. TAX MANAGER Our client, a globally recognized innovative leader in the development and testing of medical products has a key opportunity for a Tax Manager.  Reporting to the Tax Director the selected candidate will initially focus on domestic tax issues. Core Responsibilities:Perform US federal and state income tax compliance, including estimated tax payment requirements:Collect and analyze data, issues and transactions for tax return reportingPrepare tax return disclosure statementsPerform US federal and state income tax planning:Tax aspects of domestic acquisitionsR&D Tax Credits research and analysis338 electionsUnitary or combined reporting alternatives382 analysisGeneral sub C and consolidated return itemsRespond to domestic tax inquiries and noticesRequired Skills and Experience:BS in AccountingMinimum of 8 years of experience Excellent Microsoft Office skillsFAS 109 experience preferredDomestic tax career focusIn-Source 1120 Software experience preferredTaxStream tax provision software experience preferredProven organizational skills and attention to detail as well as high level of follow up ability   Strong oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated analytical skills Self-starter with the flexibility to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervisionWell developed time management skills, ability to multi task and a desire to work in a high output environmentExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff                                                                                         Our client offers a competitive compensation package, top benefits programs and a team oriented, casual work environment. SALARY:to $110,000  Interested candidates are encouraged to forward their MS-Word formatted resume to careers@boylstonsearch.com Please reference "STA-088" To learn more about the services we provide and career opportunities that are not advertised elsewhere, please visit our website at www.boylstonsearch.com
