Job Title: Manager, Finance and Analysis

Salary: $100k-$120k+B
Details: POSITION SUMMARY
Will lead team members, foster their professional development and growth, and promote teamwork and cooperation
Ensure financial compliance with corporate policies and procedures
Drive consistent worldwide process and forecast model design for SG&A operating expenses and capital expenditures
Work with Executive Management and Functional leaders as a proactive business partner, developing solutions, concepts and ideas and providing subject matter expertise from a finance perspective
Drive the process for the preparation of the monthly forecast and annual budget for global SG&A.  Collaborate with
partners to insure the accuracy and validity of the process and results.
Manage the SG&A monthly financial close process, providing the necessary documentation and support to corporate
compliance requirements, including:  research and respond to inquiries from business partners and finance; reconcile accounts; review accrual status against forecast and business changes.
Provide month and YTD performance analysis, highlighting variance from plan.  Review results with the management team and develop plan of action to resolve material variances.
Review and compare metrics, staffing and model assumptions used to plan the business. Own and drive the global capital consolidation, approval of spend & reporting from a budget and forecast perspective.
Support Senior Management with ad hoc analysis and reporting.

Skills Required:

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years related experience.  CPA or Master's degree preferred.
Knowledge of applicable laws, rules and regulations governing accounting activities.
Knowledge of PC applications, especially advanced Excel, Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Essbase skills.
Ability to influence, work effectively in a collaborative manner, build internal relationships and establish credibility with key resources in providing integrated, proactive solutions.
Ability to deliver solutions in a matrix business structure and manage multiple projects, confidential initiatives and priorities in response to a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Ability to organize, analyze and interpret financial and management data.
Ability to motivate and mentor team members, presenting new opportunities and challenges for additional development.
Ability to work confidently with Senior Management, as well as be willing to work in the details.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to analyze, interpret and address business partner requirements.
