Job Title: Corporate Controller

Salary: $130k-$150k+B
Details:

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Establishing and maintaining company policies and controls related to internal financial systems and procedures.
Contact person for interpreting company financial policies and provide procedural training for company employees.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll functions.
Perform monthly general ledger closing and ensure that company balance sheet accounts are accurately reconciled.
Ensure that finished goods and components inventory are properly accounted for and reconciled to the general ledger; oversee annual physical inventory count.
Ensure accuracy of completed monthly and quarterly sales and use tax returns.
Administer and coordinate benefits enrollment.
Produce accurate financial statements for Senior Management, Board of Directors and Bank on a monthly basis.
Present financial summary of monthly results to the Board of Directors as required.
Produce and interpret internal financial reports regarding COGS, gross profit and overhead expenses to Management, and provide recommendations as necessary.
Review and update business plan for internal cash and expense management and forecast purposes.
Perform treasury functions to monitor cash flow and administer company investment plan in order to maximize cash potential.
Liaison for Corporate accountants during annual audit;  provide documentation and schedules as required and field questions from auditors.

Experience: 10+
Skills Required:

EXPERIENCE/QUAL/EDU: 
B.S. in Accounting or Finance, CPA is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years accounting or finance experience including prior international exposure.
Computer expertise and proficiency with PC-based or mainframe accounting software.
Strong MS Excel skills necessary and MS Access skills helpful.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required. 
Strong organizational and analytical skills required.
Managerial/supervisory skills are also required.
Ability to interact proactively with internal and external personnel in addition to being able to work independently.
Also must be able to communicate/present financial information to Senior Management and Board in a clear, concise manner.

SALARY:
