As an Executive Recruiter at Boylston Search Associates, you will receive training and support while working with and learning from some of the recognized leaders in our industry.  Selected individuals will gain valuable experience to all phases of the search and placement business including recruiting, candidate interviewing and evaluation, marketing and client development, internet recruiting and job board mining while being supported by a state-of-the-art P.C. network infrastructure.
